Our Quality Control Department has all the measuring devices necessary to guarantee complete success in all our machining processes. This guarantee in measurement comes about thanks to the periodic calibration of all our equipment. The measuring devices used are listed as follows:

  • DEA GLOBAL PERFORMANCE 9128 Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) fitted with a TESASTAR-M head, and a LEITZ LSP-X1 continuos scanning probe
  • MITUTOYO Measuring Machine
  • MITUTOYO SJ 301 Digital Roughness Tester
  • RENISHAW OMP 60 probe for machine measurements
  • A complete set of external 0-250 mm micrometers
  • A complete set of internal 0-250 mm titanium-coated micrometers
  • A complete set of thread gauges (go - no go pads and rings)
  • A thousandth (mm) dial indicator with output data
  • An alexometer
